DID YOU WATCH THE PGA CHAMPIONSHIP?

Whistling Straits is quite a creation. Three things came to mind while I was watching the tournament.

1. Pete Dye is the same architect who designed Big Fish Golf Club!
Did you know that the same construction crew that built Whistling Straits, built Big Fish! That’s right from design to fairway and green shaping. The whole thing was done by the same people!
   
2. Whistling Straits 18 holes with caddie $400.00 plus tip!
 >> The cost to play 18 holes with cart at Big Fish on our current Post-Summer Special is $40 to $65!
         
3. You can’t ground you club in our bunkers! Need I say more?
   
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve played Whistling Straits and it is an awesome creation, but I have some ideas on how you can spend the extra $300 plus:
   
  a) Spend two nights and play three rounds of golf in Hayward! Oh by the way…that still leaves you another $100 after you pay for the room and the golf to have a couple nice dinners in the Hayward Area!
   
   b) Spend a couple days at the LCO Casino, play a couple rounds of golf at Big Fish…and maybe have a chance to pay for your whole trip is your luck goes in the right direction.
   
   c) How about a couple nights, couple rounds of golf and renting the services of a local fishing guide to fish the Chippewa Flowage?
  
   d) Take all that leftover cash to make a return trip to Hayward!

The options are endless!
Big Fish does lack the spectacular view of Lake Michigan, but we do have our own lakes in the Hayward Lakes area to enjoy!

Patriots Day is Labor Day, Monday September 6!
